Frequently Asked Questions

Do you allow dogs?
Yes! Dogs are allowed in the bar area, with the exception of guide dogs that are allowed throughout. We have dog bowls outside, often treats too, and there's no compromise on service regardless of where you're seated - or whether you're accompanied by a furry companion.
Do you have disability access?
Yes! We have disability access through the main entrance and a disabled toilet is available. Let us know when you make a booking with us and we will do our best to ensure that your table has enough access and room to suit your needs.
Do you have outdoor seating and tables?
Yes! Our garden is a lovely place to bathe in the Summer sun (if it arrives) and we also have some heated booths if its chilly. We have options of covered and uncovered tables in the garden and our booths are covered too.
Do you have dishes that cater to food preferences and allergies?
Yes! We have a range of gluten free, vegetarian, and vegan dishes. Lots of our main menu dishes can also be prepared in such a way in order to cater for allergies. Please advise your server if you have any food preferences or allergies to help us keep you safe!
Do you do home delivery or collection?
Yes! We do home delivery and collection through Just Eat. Delivery may be unavailable in peak times to ensure that our kitchen always provides the best quality without cutting corners.
Can you cater for large parties and event hosting?
If you've got a special event coming up, consider us for the venue! We're usually able to provide you the best service we have to offer, regardless of party size. Call us on 01256 279022 and talk us through your requirements, ideal seating, or just to ask any questions that you may have!
I've booked a table but am running late! What should I do?
As standard we reserve your table for 15 minutes after the booking time, unless explained or requested otherwise, but let us know by calling 01256 279022 and we'll do our best to hold your table until you arrive.
Do you accept Blue Light Cards?
Yes! We know that - at any given moment - we might need the help of the Blue Light Community. We're offering 10% off, Monday through Thursday for tables up to six people, to say Thank you - just show your Blue Light Card when you come to pay! This discount is not available in conjunction with any other offer.
